Dales were brilliant.
Problem quickly determined and work scheduled in next day despite it being the weekend. Best price quoted. Work quickly &
efficiently completed. We now have hot water again! It should also be noted that we unfortunatly had two other plumbers call
before Dales stepped in who couldn't find the problem and who charged for the visit!!!

are unable to help at short notice. Dales Plumbing has always been reliable and trustworthy - it is difficult when you are
making decisions about something you do not know much about. I found Darren to be absolutely honest, efficient and understanding.
I have no complaints about the work done - the hot water is back on with minimal fuss!

It was the Saturday before last and everywhere was terribly snowed up. It was with horror that I
came downstairs in the morning and discovered that my boiler had gone out. I had two paying guests in the house and
just couldn't afford to have no heating. It was bitterly cold that weekend. I called my normal plumber but
he couldn't promise that he could be with me until the following Monday. I knew only a local plumber would be able
to get to me on the icy roads and so I decided to call Dales Plumbing in Eaton Gardens. They was true to their
word and were with me within two hours. He had the boiler fixed in a short time and showed me how to operate an emergency
switch should the problem arise again. I was immensely relieved to have my heating back on that afternoon !!

Despite snow and ice, Darren arrived the same day, at exactly the time he said. I had selected Darren
from the internet based mainly on the testimonials on his web page, it was the right choice! He viewed the problem (outlet
pipe broken by thawing ice) gave a very reasonable quote and then set to work immediately. He was efficient, thorough, and

Dales are efficient, reliable and very competitively
priced. They were serious when stated that once a price has been quoted he keeps to it. I was hugely concerned when
my boiler broke new years eve and was in desperate need of heating. Dales plumbing didn't charge a call out fee or
extra monies for work carried out. Even though they had to return again due to the parts stores being closed new years
eve I wasn't charged extra. I would rate this service as excellent, and would happily recommend to all my friends and
family. Dales will be getting alot more business hopefully through my recommendations.

I cannot recommend Dales Plumbing enough, came
out late one evening to fix boiler, told me straight what it was, charged an exceptionally reasonable price and no call out
charge! On top of that just a really nice person to deal with, no sucking through the teeth saying might take me this long
or might have to wait for this just straight in got the job done and charged the best price. So happy that I have finally
found someone like this. If you have any plumbing work come here first you will not be disappointed.

I called Dales Plumbing on the off chance that I could get someone
to look at my boiler as the plumber who I had booked in never showed. I got a very helpful women on the phone who said she
had someone on the road and she would see if he could come by. The plumber arrived within 20 minutes and was terrific.
He fixed it in 15 minutes and was very professional and even showed me what to do the next time it happened.

Ours was a complete bathroom replacement
as well as a new ceiling, flooring and wall tiles. Darren dealt with the plumbing and furniture installation, arranged for
a plasterer to do the ceiling (who worked on stilts!) and ensured the room was ready for the flooring people. He was friendly,
helpful and, most importantly, good at his job – and flexible about all the extra tasks that inevitably cropped up.
We are pleased with the result – we now have the bathroom we wanted. We would happily recommend him.

In October 2008 we were introduced to Dales Plumbing Company by a friend
whose bathroom had been completely refitted
by the Company. When we saw the
high standard of the work we had no hesitation in asking Dales Plumbing
Company for
an estimate to completely refit our bathroom. The estimate was
very satisfactory and we immediately gave the go-ahead
for the work to be
done in November 2008.
Advice was given on the type of bathroom suite, shower and shower screen
we
would need and these were fitted to the high standard we were expecting.
The Company also did all the tiling which
included the floor as well and
they even skimmed the ceiling ready for decorating.
The bathroom has been admired
by visitors and we would have no hesitation
in recommending Dales Plumbing Company to friends and colleagues. In fact
we have already done so to one and she was very pleased with their work.
